Shipping Cost
Shipping to Canada and the U.S. is included in the product price.
Shipping Time
We work with a global network of on-demand fulfillment centers, so your order will ship from the location closest to you.
Our fulfillment process takes 3–7 days, after which your order is shipped. Shipping times vary by location:

International Orders
International orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes, which are determined by your local customs office. These charges are not within our control, so please check with your country's customs office for details before placing your order.
Delayed Order
If your order is delayed, follow these steps before reaching out:

Check your shipping confirmation email to ensure the address is correct.

Contact your local post office to see if they’re holding your package.

Ask your neighbors in case it was delivered to the wrong address.
If everything checks out and your package is still missing, email us at support@freshiifinds.com with your order number, and we’ll help track it down.
Note: If your address was entered incorrectly, we’re happy to reship your order, but additional shipping costs will apply.
Return & Exchange Procedure

You can return any Freshii Finds purchase within 30 days of ordering. Just email support@freshiifinds.com to start the return process.
Damaged/Defective/Incorrect Item
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, send us an email at support@freshiifinds.com with:

A brief description of the issue
We’ll review your request and send a replacement or issue a refund ASAP.
Mislabeled Item
If you receive an item that appears mislabeled, email support@freshiifinds.com with photos and your order number, and we’ll replace it or refund you right away.
Wrong Size/Color
If you need a different size or color, simply return your item in its original, unused condition and we’ll exchange it for the right one.
